Shipping + Returns

 

 

Shipping:

All orders will ship out on Fridays and Saturdays via USPS.  Threads + Co. will send you updates as your order is received and shipped.  Customer orders may be tracked on the USPS website.

Threads + Co. is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it leaves our facility.

Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout.

 

Returns:

Customers may return any unused/unworn items with the original tags attached within 15 business days for a full refund (less shipping costs).  The return MUST be accompanied by original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.  Beyond the 15 business days, we will not be able to assist with a return of any kind. We are a true small business and truly appreciate your understanding and support.

ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason.

Any discount 40% or more is also FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item(s), you MUST contact our store within 5 business days of the package's original delivery date.

Threads + Co. does not do price adjustments on any previous purchases.

After the returned item(s) has been received, expect the return process to take 5-7 business days. 

Threads + Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit.

After the return is received and accepted, the customer will receive an update regarding the status of the return.  The customer will then receive their refund (less shipping costs).  

We inspect all returned items in full and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition of the item(s).  Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Threads + Co.  We do not refund shipping fees unless it is an error on our behalf.
