Shipping + Returns

 

Shipping:

Please allow 2 full business days for all order processing and shipment.  All customer orders will ship via USPS.  Threads + Co. will send you updates as your order is received and shipped.  Customer orders may be tracked on the USPS website.

Threads + Co. is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once it leaves our facility.

Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout.

Please note, all custom made products may take up to 2 weeks for order processing.  These items are made to order and are FINAL SALE.

 

Store Pickup:

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing on all store pick up orders.  Threads + Co. will send you updates as your order is received and ready for pick up.  The final E-mail will state your order has been shipped OR is ready for store pickup.  At this time, you may proceed to the store to pickup your item(s).  Please have proper identification upon picking up.  Your order must be picked up within 7 calendar days.



Online Returns & Exchanges:

Customers may return any unused/unworn items with the original tags attached within 21 business days.  The return MUST be accompanied by original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.  No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued.  ALL custom designs AND sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason (this includes Doorbusters).

Exchanges are only accepted on in store purchases.

Items purchased online may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below.

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item(s), you MUST contact our store within 5 business days of the package's original delivery date.

After the returned item(s) has been received, expect the return process to take 5-7 business days. 

Threads + Co. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit.

After the return is received and accepted, the customer will receive an update regarding the status of the return.  The customer will then receive store credit (less shipping cost). 

We inspect all returned items in full and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition of the item(s).  Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Threads + Co.  We do not refund shipping fees unless it is an error on our behalf.
